Five homes we're proud to share

Coastal Boutique Accommodation started with a simple idea: what if every holiday home on the Coffs Coast was one you'd actually want to stay in? Not a tired rental with mismatched furniture and a broken BBQ — but a home that felt considered, comfortable, and genuinely close to the beach.

We now have five. Each one is different — different in size, character, and feel — but all share the same commitment to quality, and all are walking distance from the water. That's the collection. That's the whole idea.

Sawtell & Woolgoolga

Sawtell is a charming beachside village just south of Coffs Harbour, beloved for its relaxed atmosphere and stunning main beach. First Avenue — the heart of the village — is lined with exceptional cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The beach itself is patrolled 6 months of the year, uncrowded and beautiful, with four of our properties within a short stroll of the sand.

Woolgoolga — affectionately known as "Woopi" — sits 25 minutes north of Coffs Harbour and has a character all its own. Famous for its Sikh heritage, vibrant curry festival and spectacular headland views, it's a town that surprises and delights. In 2025, Woolgoolga Beach was crowned the best beach on mainland Australia — and it's easy to see why. Bluehaven sits just two minutes from the patrolled surf beach (patrolled 6 months of the year), with the headland, walking tracks and mountain biking all on the doorstep.

Both towns share the same thing that makes the Coffs Coast so special — warm water, uncrowded beaches and a pace of life that's genuinely hard to leave.
